E.L.F. Waterproof Eyeliner Pen

I've had mine around a year ago and I used it all up until early this year.

Here's a quick review:

PROS:
- easy marker application
- does not crumble
- cheap
- dries quickly

CONS:
- waterproof. NOT
- smudges after just an hour
- fades
- the marker tip is easily disfigured so later applications look messy
- sometimes, nothing comes out

Rating: 2/5

You do get what you pay for. It's really cheap at 100pesos.
(even if it's 100% more expensive than in the US where it's @ $1)

I wouldn't recommend for anyone to buy this. But if you'd just like something to practice your eyeliner skills on, go ahead!
